You really need to balance out your FR party. Having 3 Dragonites is overkill, and if you can’t defeat someone with one, how could you do it with 2 weaker ones? Save Mewtwo, if someone were to have a strong and resilient Rock type (or anything that can use a rock type move), you’d be screwed. The only Pokemon in your team suited to take on rock types are those with ice moves, and Dragonites aren’t exactly the fastest Pokemon there is. Also, I’d advise you to lean away from Legendaries: they’re a shortcut to power, and not really admired when you should raise your own Pokemon.
I can’t really find anything glaringly wrong with your Heart Gold party. Good job, especially for not leaning on legendaries.
